Frequently Asked Questions – For those with gift plans, or beneficiaries of trusts, DAFs or endowments

How can I contact my Trust Administrator if I have questions?

Trust Administrators will rotate their time in the office so may not always have access to their phone. The best way to contact your trust administrator is by email. They will be working from home and will have secure access to their email and your account information. They will be happy to answer your question by email or call you directly, if you prefer. Just provide them with a number to contact you.

Will I get my payment on schedule?

Our team will be working hard to ensure all payments are processed and, in the mail, on schedule. To further ensure your payment is received on time, please consider enrolling in direct deposit. To do so, contact your trust administrator listed above or email us at

How do I make gifts or additions to my account?

You may continue to make gifts or additions to your account in the same way you have in the past. There may be a slight delay in getting receipts in the mail, but rest assured your gift will be processed as of the date it was received in our office. Contact if you have questions.
