What is Transfer the Blessings?
Transfer the Blessings™ (TTB) is a gift planning partnership formed between your congregation and the LCMS Foundation. As part of that partnership, we provide a dedicated gift planning counselor to work directly with your members to create charitable estate plans. That counselor will help your members create plans that not only provide for their families, but also leave significant gifts to the LCMS ministries closest to their hearts.
About the LCMS Foundation
We were founded in 1958 to serve LCMS congregation's specifically for this purpose. Since then, we’ve helped thousands of donors make bequests and other estate gifts to hundreds of congregations, LCMS schools, RSOs and other ministries. Those gifts, totaling in excess of $1 billion, are now sources of funding that those ministries are using today and will continue to rely on for generations.
