LCMS Foundation Gift Development and Stewardship
Training Announcement
The LCMS Foundation introduces Gift Development and Stewardship certification and certificate programs. The core program is the Certified Christian Development Executive, a comprehensive gift development training program focused on professional development personnel working to strengthen Christian non-profit organizations, including congregations.
Registration is now open for the September 29-30 introductory course below. More courses are listed for 2008 and registration is open for those courses.

Course One: Funding the Mission
Funding the Mission is the first course in the Certified Development Executive (CDE) training program and the new Christian Gift Planner (CGP) Certificate training program. This course introduces the fundamentals of establishing a comprehensive and sustainable gift development and gift planning program within a Lutheran congregation, school or ministry organization.
When: September 29-30, 8:30-4:30 PM (Monday-Tuesday)
Where: LCMS International Center, St. Louis, MO
Cost: $350/person
