Lifetime Plan for Giving
Christian estate planning can seem overwhelming. Providing for your loved
ones, supporting your favorite ministries, and establishing sensitive
life decisions
requires the time, patience and knowledge that your gift planning counselor
can bring you.
Discovering Your Lifetime Plan for Giving is a survey that includes all
aspects of Christian estate planning. The process begins with understanding
your
stewardship goals, documenting your family relationships and measuring
your financial status.
This downloadable survey serves as a gathering tool. After completing
the survey, contact your gift planning counselor (above). Any information
shared
between
you and your gift planning counselor is held to the highest confidentiality. The Foundation does not recommend sending the
completed survey electronically.
The survey is available as a PDF File, very
printable...to be filled out by hand. It is also available as a Microsoft
Excel File with embedded auto calculations... to be filled out at your keyboard.
